How Do I Start A Thread To Become A Mod?

Hello, fellow atWar Players! I had a question for those who are knowledgeable in the ways of going to war over the internet. I have been playing for quite some time, and accumulated some popularity, and I was just wondering; how do I start a thread to become a mod? I would like to start one, in order to become a mod. My intentions as a mod will be mentioned clearly in the potential Thread description. Thank you, and please reply with some feedback.

1st: don't start a thread to become a mod. self-proclaimed candidates are no candidates.
2nd: start being active in the forum and in chat.
3rd: buy premium and support this game economically; you cannot be considered a serious candidate for modding if you do not even add to the very basic economic sustainability of the model.
4th: be active for 1-2 years.
5th: join a coalition to make yourself visible.
6th: add to the community by helping, developing ideas, sharing knowledge, etc.
