Remove TUrnblock

I swear to god TB has ruined afterwind, today alone i gotten 23 turnblocks 7 in one game (ww1).
If mods don't fix this, i will quit AW. Its not fun anymore

Back in my day, we didn't have no 50% of stack = 50/50 turnblock rule. Why, we had to deal with Turnblocking from ONE unit versus THREE-HUNDRED. Flower power was rampant, and Zizou was latejoining as Cyrpus evey chance he got!

Mods are not the one who "fix" these stuff, And turnblocks are turnblocks. Deal with it.

I get what you are saying Rich, Turnblocks make the game random and hard to play sometime and I see your anger but everyone is affected by TBs. It makes it possible for rank 7s to cap and defeat players like Mauzer and Chess because of a turn block. Remove it and the fun goes away imo from making a first move and priorities,

According to what I've heard from older members, there was like 100% max chance of tb or something back in the day, correct me if I'm wrong. So, looool you're crying about the max 50% chance.

Anyway, here goes, ehhmm, you need to realize that TBs come from the need to calculate somehow what happens when for example I move my stack and you attack my stack. Should my troops move or defend against your attack in the same city without moving. This is a problem you can't avoid and a solution ( a way to decide whose move counts and whose doesn't) to it will always result in a exploitation of it. So you see, you can't just 'remove' it. Also you can't 'fix' it. You can only find another way of prioritising moves so that TBs occur less maybe?


Also, as alex said, moderators don't have acces to the coding of the game so cannot change anything inside the game as well as make changes to the website design/mechanics. Only the admins have access to them.

More name calling will just result in a thread lock, try to bring up more points to support your claim instead please. At least argue against presented points that disagree with your own opinion.


On topic: I believe we should still have 100% tb's again, as I want ways to stop my opponent from getting strategic spots when I play. But that won't happen, so the current system will have to suffice. Learn to avoid it, use walls and prioritize your moves.

I always get turn blocked too but I'm not complaining I barely make some turn block to another player which is also stupid.But that's how the game is going without TB every thing would move without stop.

What has it become of AW, if noobs are now requesting removal of game mechanics while threatening to leave. Do you really believe you're that important? You are just one noob. Besides, how can you be so stupid as to ask MODS to fix this? And fix what exactly? The game is fine.

Move any big stacks out of city FIRST MOVE.
