keep waiting, i officially quit playing atwar as of a few days ago and posted about it in the clanforum, illy has returned to inactivity once again hence ferr silver and jf leaving. I made one attempt to get njab to play that duel but he was more interested in playing some rp game. Now that ship has sailed.

What I find interesting in duel season is that so many people assume duel season means "eur+ 10k duel season"
guess what? it s not . people have every right to duel on map/settings they think they have a edge...
What s even funnier is people whining to duel njab on eur+ map do it for the exact same reason :they think they have a edge
in conclusion, get ur fingers out of ur ass and go grind that elo, and stop whining about people better than you at the exercise...
u want to show ur the best at master of the east/west, join the tourney, duel season isnt for you

It's not hard to find a random map to specialize in and win every game you play there.

it is hard to specialize in the map that everyone else plays and is defined the "standard" to beat.

No one ever said it was "eur 10k duel season" how dare you be so pedantic. You don't understand or appreciate the situation at all.

The best player will be defined by who comes out on top on the most played map. ELO is intended to identify the best player.
Playing alternative maps and exploiting them for elo is not a determination of skill, it is a measure of how good you are at avoiding the kind of players who are capable of cutting down your elo.

Njab won't win because there are simply better players out there than him, that can in turn farm in the style he has... better than he can.

last season I played 80% of my duels on eur 5k and I got the same kind of remarks...
so nothing pedantic in saying most "competitve" players dismiss anything else then eur 10k as noob settings, it is a fact

It doesnt matter what you played, you proved yourself in the end by getting good at eu 5k. The problem here is Njab taking it to the extreme then siting on his farmed elo avoiding people.

Njab doesnt just avoid "10k eu" he also sucks at eu 5k and eu 3k..... these are legit duels to be measure by, because so many people play them, so many veterans who can easily come online and cut your elo donw if you're worse than they are, but Njab doesnt play any eu... at all... ever!
