Dave, good sir. I think it's time for a purge of the moderation team and it's time to put in hard working players of atwar who have been around for years in the moderation team, rather then the ones currently who have been cherry picked by past administrations.

People usually fall for this: They experience a peak activity for a month. Then the activity gets lower, and they start to think that the game is doomed, it's done, pack everything up and get out.

Imagine catastrophizing your life by saying "I'm going to die one day, I'm doomed!" every day. In fact, atWar is something that is able to live longer than your life time.

I enjoy the game. I will always enjoy it. And it's not dead until the Somali Pirates decide to shoot the servers.

What we need is more roles; admins, mods and suppporters are not enough, that covers just 40 out of 200 players, what about the rest?

Now we need:

- Overseers (atleast 30)
- Sentinels (also 30)

it won't be enough, it will cover 100/200, but that's a good start. I believe the staff is creative enough to make new shields, colors and dots for new roles.
