Finding cities

Good day,
I was wondering if it is possible to locate/pinpoint one city that you have not conquered and is located out of visible range. For example, is there a way to find city A by first finding city B which is in the same country as city A, finding the country city B is in ( but not the country's location, only the name and a list of cities in the country ) and then clicking city A's name to pinpoint city A?
