My friend is having a massive issue

My friend can not load anything of this game, not the homepage, not the play bit nothing. It loads very slowly causing him not being able to click anything meaning he can't play. He can't even download it and we've sent him the link were he needs to download it from but it doesn't work there either.

And before you say: ''Bad Internet'' He has a 52 Down 5 Up, speed test picture - http://i.gyazo.com/6d3bd07985b059303f22d67fbad519cf.png
And it's not his PC either, he has 8GB of RAM I5 3570k GTX 680. Restarting his router worked but after 5 Minutes when he's playing his game freezes and then he shortly after get's kicked from the game.

This is increasingly annoying we're just trying to play with him to have a fun time, I'm hoping someone in this thread has had problems and fixed it or knows how to fix it ect ect.

Try google chrome. Make sure Microsoft silverlight is installed.


Try clearing cookies and cache.

(1) Chrome > Firefox > ...... > IE
(2) Update Silverlight
(3) Constantly clean browser cache
(4) Access AW through https://atwar-game.com or http://5.45.73.6
(5) Flushing the DNS cache (Go to Windows Start => cmd => ipconfig /flushdns)
