Black Screen

When I join a game or make a tutorial, it normally works alright. When I have my own country and colour or I zoom in too much it turns Black. I can spectate as long as I don't zoom in Every game this has been a problem. I use google chrome as browser but have tried both safari and internet explorer to see if it fixes it, which it doesn't. My system specifications are:

Manufacturer: Dell
Windows Vista: Home Premium
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) D CPU 3.33GHz
Memory (Ram) 446MB
System Bit: 32-bit operating system

Maybe it's the Windows Vista operating system. Vista has been known to be glitched in lots of programs it runs. Try downloading Firefox and if that doesn't work run a debugging script on your computer.

Try updating Silverlight to the latest version.

Yes it probably my vista but will try firefox later and debugging my computer. I've done everything possible with silverlight and I am 100% sure its not it.
