Premium subscription

So, I tried paying for a week of premium by SMS, I sent the text message and then it said the payment is being processed, then it did nothing for a while then it closed down, so I assumed the payment was completed, I go into the game and I gots no premium, anyone know what happend here? O.o

ZayPay processes all SMS payments. We cannot find out anything about your payment, since we only receive confirmations about completed ones. You can try contacting ZayPay support to inquire about what happened.

It happened to me twice, you need to wait for the premium code. Sometimes they send it immediately but sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes :/.
