Map Makers Off Strike

I, representing both myself and Tunder, declare an end to the mapmaker strike at once.

It appears we have all been lied to by Martell, which is why the mapmakers demanded more power and began a strike in the first place.

One... I'm not in the EC, two.. No one is incharge of me and Three I started this all with taking down my map.. But I don't want to be part of a group that looks like a bunch of 12 year olds crying over losing milk money. There was never any true problems with my banlist.. I was just annoyed with all the constant attention of people messaging me about a map that I didn't even enjoy playing myself. So really I was trying to draw away all the attention and enjoy myself here on atwar. Continue with your little strike and tell me if you guys actually get any progress, I wish I hadn't taken down my map because no way would any of you had been man enough to start this "strike"

Martell falsely claimed that the moderators were abusing him, and we believed his words. We have now discovered that this was a lie. Secondly, Martell claimed that the moderators made him hide his map. This, as well, is a lie.

While it was obviously foolish of us mapmakers to believe this liar, it is even more inappropriate for Martell to lie in the first place and causing this chain reaction which ultimately harmed the reputation of mapmakers, the reputation of moderators, and the enjoyment of the community.

Recognizing that Martell lied, we mapmakers are hereby ending the strike and returning things back to normal. That being said, let it be remembered that the mapmakers were only fighting for what was evident at the time, and in essence, our cause was just. Let it be known that Martell lied, and the community suffered due to this injustice.

Us mapmakers wish to rebuild our relations with the moderators now that it is known that Martell caused this entire misunderstanding.

You map makers (the ones bitching) should have done that.

The people of AtWar had their maps taken away from them. Whether they knew why or not is another issue, but people who wanted to play certain popular maps were lucked out here.

UHHHH what???? I Talked to Martell RIGHT after the so called "Map Maker Strike" was posted, and he denied all of this.

Why did the mods go along with it, you people bitch that we believed martell, why wouldnt we, the mods even agreed in the threads about the stuff with martell, when they couldve simply said that none of it was true. So i think that blaming us for trying to do something is stupid, mods couldve worked with the map makers and explained that martell was making this all up, but they didnt because the mods wanted to start shit with map makers like always

You realized this strike would get you nothing but hate so now you wana end it with a lie? Grow up.. I don't need to provide pics.. As I'm not using this as some kind of weapon like the map makers were trying with taking down their stuff... I took in what the moderators were saying to me and I just made sure my banlist was very explicit from there on... Never really had any serious problems.. As the reason I took down my map was for players abusing it constantly as you cant ban everyone..

Harrassing, especially by mods is rule breaking.

I never seen them ''cry'' unless you count being very vulgar secretly crying, which might be debatable.

Also not only are you guys crying over online risk.... You are being childish and pointing fingers at people! Is the average age of people who play this game 11? Jesus Christ you guys are being pathetic.
