A "help" button in the lobby is useful: it can open up a panel which will search for possible, pre-made answers, giving the most suitable answers to the question.

In my opinion, this button would provide a quick, convenient, and proficient way for players to get their questions answered. If they need further help or depth regarding a topic they could always use the help channel.

I guarantee you this will be underused and people will still use the help channel. But still, faint possibility this might work and would make things easier, especially for those shy people who don't use the help channel because they think they will be an inconvenience.

Support and directing players to the forum as much as possible for the answer will help reduce unnecessary comms on the help channel,thus reducing spam.

People keep saying, "go to the help channel" or "go to the forums," but I didn't find out about the help channel until I was well into rank 5. Same for the forums.

The tutorial in the beginning of the game is awful, and many people like me never even went through it to begin with.

Why would people use this?
Because it's convenient to click a button once and start typing, to instantly receive an answer based on text typed, and not have to wait until someone responds.
