Another nice feature to add to this game. So when you take over the enemy city, that city has a chance to riot against the annexing forces. When the riot overwhelms the annexing force, it returns back to the previous owner. To counter the riots, you can simply put your troops in that city. A riot chance multipler bar tells you the chance to riot per number of reinforcement available in that city. For instance, 10% chance to riot per 1 reinforcement troop in that city. The slider bar can be used to lower or increase the chance of riot. Troops also should have counter-riot % chance, which are then used to counter the riots from happening in the annexed cities. Example Infantry: 5% counter riot Tank: 10% counter riot Etc Thoughrs? Support?

Logically, militia/infantry should have more suppression capacity than any motorised unit. I like this idea, but only as an option, and you need clearer definitions on what exactly counts as an "enemy city." Furthermore, the severity of riots, not its frequency, should be dependent on the size and income of the city.

This would just upset a balance that is already precarious within competitive scene, and pretty much would cause outrage upon scenario players/rpers who don't see it get implemented on the forums. As an option it would be fine, I suppose.

Riots only viable at captured cities belonging to the enemy; if a riot succeeds, then the city is returned to its owner a turn later. That will do.

This and I would think the city is better off returning to a neutral state.

Sounds like Supremacy 1914, and it sounds good. As people have stated above, as an option.

Possibly... It could also have a kind of "loyalty" factor influencing it, which causes civilians closer and closer to your cap to have less and less of a chance to riot against you. (otherwise you may find your cap suddenly in the hands of enemies without the enemy doing anything And like-wise, the more a nation is fought over (and thus the more and more population loss), the less civs are likely to submit to whichever power finally dominates that land (because of the fact that the victors are the ones responsible for the fact that they had to hide in bomb shelters 24/7 the last few months while less fortunate ones were caught in carpet bombing raids) Also, I think it would be better having the cities that successfully revolted turn back to neutral, rather than your opponent gaining control of it. This way, you don't necessarily have to deal with an out-break behind your lines, but rather income lost that needs to be re-acquired. If it is ever implemented, all players (not just prem.) need to be able to toggle it on/off at the game set-up, provided they are the host
