56 units moved from Spain to austria/ italy on 2 transports + he left 6 in Spain for walls, Spain can't build 64 units, he didn't even use palma.

There are more reinforcement in 3v3s.

Also this could easily be a graphical bug as a result of refreshing.

Spain never gets 64 reinforcements in 3v3s. More like 50 or so

ok lets say its display bug.but he sent 30 1trans even if not 30 ok 20 but how did he reach austria without general?

In the actual battle, clovis never took austria and all his units went into the secondary city.

I said that is what's displayed in screenshot. It's a multiplying units bug. Only units which he sent were 14 infs and gen to Graz.
