Getting a sentry [Or a specialized unit] near it Maybe: 1) The city can only appear if a sentry plane discover it. 2) The other units can pass though that city like if it does not exist. Only when the sentry discover the city, the units can attack it (In the same way you can only attack marines if you discover them...) But idk how it would work, talking about normal cities.... (I mean, the capital, if there is any nerf/boost on income/reinforcements....). But what is sure about this, if you discover the city and you click on it, the other "stealth" cities SHOULD NOT APPEAR LOL!

K, maybe not the best idea, once the base location is discovered, the 'stealth' city is no longer hidden, so maps could only be played once. However, there are hidden cities and bases - people don't know about them because they are - well - hidden. But underground bases are relatively verifiable, given that some decommissioned ones have been made public.

Map-maker can have the option to have moveable stealth cities for replayability. Terrorist camps doesn't have to stay in one Place. And it doesn't have to be a terrorist camp. You can Call it a nomadic settlement if you want.

When I say city, it doesn't have to be literally a city, it can be a terrorist camp or a nomadic settlement. And it can still be a stealth city in a futurist scenario where stealth techonology has been developed enough to cover entire cities, or just magic idc. That was a retarded comment.

Or players can have the ability to make their stealth cities for an amount of money which they could place inside a country's border. The cities could move/not move as the map-maker wishes.

Didn't you read the word ''literally''? Like in a real world city. That means you don't have to think of it as an actual city like Amsterdam, but yes a ''city'' in the map editor which is a place where you can make reinforcements and get income.
