Skull emblem used to be for top rank, but now every noob is rank 15. Bring it back for top SP player.

Skull rank too scary looking... gives R15 noobs nightmares.

Northernpeick, you and all the haters should be banned. If anyone stray from europe or world map, a player is considered SP farmer. You have no logic.

Leave AtWar and save us the negativity and hatred. Alot of players leave atwar because of people like you. If it is "not your way", then it is wrong.

Just cause I play alot and win alot you get angry. Play high ranks everyday, and if i lose, i just abandon a game. Go fuk yourself.

Finally, I pay for each game x2 SP multiplier. I fund this game everyday which I know you and most haters never would do since you are broke or too stupid to multiply your game SP.

Read the rules...what you do is farming. I am trying to have an open discussion here about high ranks, how they achieved that high rank, and what really is farming and deserves banning from a paid for account for days.
Thanks for finally speaking up to defend yourself. So now it makes sense why they let you farm SP all day,everyday, because you give Ivan and Amok so much money! Thanks for clearing that up for me.
But really, I welcome comments from high ranks 10 and up, how you achieved so many SP points and if looking back you must consider what you did SP farming under the rules.

1.3 The term "FARMING" is used to describe the process of playing a game with the sole purpose of gaining SP or ELO. This is considered cheating and exploitative and is not allowed.
Example: Joining a game with 2 accounts or more accounts, playing a coalition war with an account on both teams, creating a map with the sole purpose of earning ELO or SP, creating a duel in which you control both accounts, and more.

I can't speak for Victory, but since you've accused me of farming, let me speak to this...
I ♥ this game. I've delayed meals and allowed it to cut into my sleep, so one could say i love playing it more than some basic biological drives. SP has never been the sole purpose of playing - anyone who enjoys this game just to play a game will understand that part.

What i can say about Victory:
I have had several reports concerning Victory farming, and to the best of my knowledge, he's never joined a game using 2 of his own accounts, played a CW with 2 accounts, he has not created an SP farming map that i know of, or has he created Duels against himself.

Yes, he does limit who joins his games, and he picks the map he plays on, but everyone on AW is permitted to do this. So while some might say he may have taken this a little far in order to increase the chances of him winning, he's not "Farming" by AW standards.

Not many people pour any money into this game, I use to purchase 1 month premiums since 2013 as that was my way of helping fund the game, I know others who have brought many people premium too as well as i have for others. I think what you've done is basically donated a lot and you should be given a trophy for it really, i seen there is some type of donation trophy.

i can't speak for the 'we' but a lot of people play for various reasons:
♥ for fun
♥ cuz RL is stressful, so you can take it out in AW
♥ to prove you're better than some random player half way across world
♥ to relax
♥ to relive childhood memories of playing RISK.
♥ to play a strategy game than doesn't take 200 tutorials and 4 months to learn how to get your army out of your home city.
♥ to play a team game, and then when you rage at your teammates, to challenge them to 1 vs 1.
♥ to fantasize about leading a nation to victory
♥ to pick your RL home country and lead your economically inferior nation to world domination.
♥ to pick up hot chicks since you can't impress them in RL

this rule needs to be clarified a bit more, he done okay in saying with the 2 accounts thing. But it needs to be worded differently because it just sounds like we're not suppose to actively seek to win.

The examples are there to clarify what is meant by farming. The rule itself says playing to gain SP can't be the 'sole' purpose... in other words, you are playing for no other reason than to gain SP...

Playing to WIN is inherent in most games, so i am not sure why this needs to be clarified. Maybe it's an interpretation or translation problem... Is english your first language?

If someone ever reaches rank 20 (probably Vict0ry) will they add more ranks to keep it going?

If you are playing to rank up and gain upgrades, then it's not your 'sole purpose'.
Hint => sole means 'only' in this context. Not the bottom of your feet. ♥

If my sole purpose was to rank up, i'd need to get SP... in which case, i'd not be farming.

If my sole purpose was to gain SP, but didn't care about rank and it was not my purpose to rank up, then i'd be farming. ♥

What Victory earns is certainly cheap SP but in my opinion legal. farming is winning in unappropriate/illegal conditions (fictional opponent, loser abusing the game platform to transfer sp and etc..). You can blame players like Taz for farming (Changing the game seetings last second for example) but this case is diffrent.

But what Victory does is still not farming. he certainly earns cheap SP by preventing better players to participate and by instant rejoining. but you can consider bounch of clan mates crowing against newbies as farmers since they earned cheap SP. It's up to the admins and the mods to determine whether it's legal. But based on the motives of critical desicions that they already made and insisted on in the past i hardly doubt they will forbid it.

Brianwl, English is my first language and I understand exactly what he is saying. Everybody wants to rank up and get more upgrades, and guess how you do that? Earn SP. I don't think you are being honest with yourself if you say in the past you have never played atWar with purpose of gaining SP. It is easy to be a rank 15 and have every upgrade there is in the game and say "I don't play for SP" when you already have every upgrade and have the advantage over all the lower rank players who don't have every upgrade...it's that simple in my eyes.

Fuck off, if you play for SP your a noob...
