HTML5 Map Viewer performance (compared to in-game map)

How does the performance of the new HTML5 Map Viewer compares to the in-game map?
Please don't just take take into account zooming & panning, but the overall feel of it.

Much better, still not as good as the SL one but it is now very much playable.

Is it possible to give the user the option to set the scroll speed? That would be awesome, because when I play large maps, I need to be able to zoom in and out very fast to make all my desire moves.

But other then the zooming, I like it very much.

Exactly this. Rated it -1.

1) I am seeing lag in the countries name pupping up when I mouse over them.

2) It would be nice to be able to zoom in a more.

Everything else looks great

Loading time improved significantly

Loading world map preview in game ~ 5,31 seconds
Loading HTML5 preview ~ 1,38 seconds

I feel like it runs faster/smoother for me, voted accordingly.

Loads much faster, but it's a bit jerky.

It still has too much delay, the faster feeling comes from the responses being instant right after the delay which is disorientating, not all in one smooth move but rather moving really fast right after the delay. It is not as fast as the SL map.

IT IS Fast but zoom is still not the same as silverlight.

Zooms too much when I slide a little on my touchpad, other than that it's nice.

Somewhat slow zoom, panning is fine. I can't see the number of troops in the cities, I don't know if that is just iPad though.

I am having fun moving the cities around

It is faster, but the wheel zoom function is too slow. It takes 5 swipes on the zoom wheel to zoom to the extents of the map, instead of ~3, which is what feels comfortable for my playstyle.

Support.

I have lag problems when zooming in and out. Also, the viewer doesn't completely load on my tablet. It loads the map and that's it, so I don't see the cities, zoom out, zoom in buttons and the mini map.

The load time is faster though. (on PC at least)

NEED A ZOOM IN/OUT button near the small mini-map in the bottom right corner

For me i enjoy the auto stealth detection and the map itself feels more crisp (idk if it is) but the problem is the zooming seems slower imo and that could be a negative.

That boy ain't right!

The delay makes me constantly over zoom in/out. -2 for me.
