Go NC spam naval units like Cruisers and Destroyers. Make 2 transports at Okinawa and start walling your cities. Send all the extra Infantry to the front lines.

Really? i tried NC before and I was so tight on cash i was unable to hold off us west for very long o.0

Interesting... i've always played pd and sent a stck of inf to the front and absorb usa west's attacks, then on the south, attack the 4 us islands, then use tht chunk to help in the north to take hawaii/ midway.

Smart USA Pacific will simply bypass your PD stack.
