How is extra reinf from general supposed to work?

Today it seems it's working only on solo games, here are 2 screen shot from a 3K Eur+ game, 1st is solo:


I get 8 reinf, so upgrade did work I get 1 extra in Belgrade where my general is located

Now if I do a 1v1 vs Austria (7 reinf as well), I get only 7 reinf, so upgrade simply doesnt work


So is this broken or am I missing somehting?

Maybe it's a bug. It is a new upgrade.

Can a mod look into this? I purchased an upgrade and it just doesnt work...
or move this thread to bugs whatever, just acknowledge the issue...

I interpreted that upgrade as giving you an extra unit on reinforcements turn in the city the general is at. Did you compare reinforcements produced later in the game with and without the general?

Note: This interpretation could be wrong so don't be mad at me if I am wrong D:

I'm pretty sure the upgrade is broken and admins are working on it

I told you,you get +1 reinf in every reinf turn and in the city your general is in.
If the game has upgrades disabled then of course and it won't work.

Works perfectly for me. Maybe you just recently bought the upgrade and it has not registered yet?

Thats the problem,when you are with ofher players you dont get the bonus t1 while when you alone you do.
That was what confused me too.
