Tell him to talk to Sun

Consider the following:he can retrive lost acc with email OR sun tzu or some admin make him another acc exact same elo exact same sp + prem (if that is possible)

Same thing happened to me..

He can make an alt account and ask admins to change the password of his main account. They will pr his alt account with new password for his main acc. But be aware that it won't become an usual thing that admins will change every password and send it to your alts.
