Cant write pr on GL channel

When i try to write a pr it says flood controol.

For me it works fine

It works like a global post for me, if i post a global just before it it has the same time out time as a global post. Same works the other way around, if i pr while in global mode and after that want to global i have a timeout :/

Because you are mod
You dont have gl limit

Please try now, should be working (reload first).

maybe because you are admin, so you can use global without limitation

I've tested from a normal account, and it also works.
